We arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, when we expressed our wish to check in early and pay extra, they happily welcomed us without any extra charge. Mai was very friendly, she rented us a motorbike at a very cheap price, supported us when we needed water at 11pm. We also met a very cute girl.

We had a relaxing 3-day stay at Pristine View homestay (there was some construction during our stay but it didn't disturb us much). The hosts provided pick up/ drop off service from/to the bus station, cooked us delicious dinners, we could rent a motorbike for our day trips and offered us a late check out on our departure day as we had a late bus to catch to our next destination. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The A/C worked well. The homestay is located in a tranquil environment at the bottom of a hill. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed stay in Ninh Binh.

At the time of our stay, the owners were finishing the spa on the top floor - I wish I can go back to check it out :) ....maybe one day we'll be back !

The hotel is so clean and spotless. Food is tasty and the staff is always ready to help. Also more drawers in the room would help. All the ladies in the reception is extremely helpful with anything and everything one might need, sim cards, tour guidance, etc. Will come back again!

The garden homestay was our favourite place in Vietnam so far. The room was big and clean, facing a beautiful garden. A small kitchen and a washing machine are available to use, which is very useful. It's located close to Van Long reserve which is why we booked it but the thing that really made us fall in love with the place was the hosts. The food they cooked was exquisite, with every meal being completely different, featuring a wide range of local dishes, for far less you would pay at a restaurant. We communicated using Google translate and we had conversations about the local food and nature. They thought us a lot and we had the honour to be guided by our host in a patch of the forest. This homestay was an unforgettable experience and we hope to come back one day.
