We arrived drenched from the rain, and from the moment we walked in, the staff’s kindness was overwhelming. They not only offered us complimentary laundry to help dry our clothes but also went out of their way to book and pay for our taxi both ways since we didn’t have cash and our cards weren’t working at the ATMs. The level of care and generosity shown to us was beyond anything we could have expected. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome, and their warmth and courtesy truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such genuine kindness—it’s something you simply can’t thank enough. The rooms were stunning, the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because every moment was a reminder of how exceptional this place is. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and the owner for making our short stay so memorable!

The property is accessible to bus station, right in the Old Town of Kotor. The property is very modern, good airconditioning especially for the hot weather. Place seems to be new, if not, it’s well maintained. Modern setup, security codes for doors, good wifi connection, good lighting, and ventilation, bidet in the bathroom is a plus! Complete amenities with toiletries, few equipments and stuff for cooking, hot drinks etc, even the cutleries seems posh. Use of washing machine and dryer and even flat iron were very helpful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and responds very quickly, helpful with anything.

Short answer, liked everything. Long answer. Home was excelent, facilities, location, host. Everything that you need is in a short walk (less then 5 min to store, bakery, restaurants, city centre). If you want to go to old town... again, 5 minute walk. At the same time it has distance from the main road, so not noisy at all. The house itself, perfect, clean, convenient with a cosy balcony and a small garden in front. Host was the most helpfull host I encountered so far. Thank you Ksenija for the support at all stages of our stay and helping with every question we had. If you want calm, rest type of vacation this place hits 10/10! Will stay here next time Ill be in Kotor

We truly loved our stay. Looking on the breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor was unforgettable. The sea is just steps away, and we really enjoyed spending time by the water. Ana was incredibly kind and helpful – she made us feel genuinely welcome and even checked in with us later during our trip to see how we were doing. That personal touch meant a lot. There are free bicycles available for guests, which was a great way to explore the area, and having private parking right next to the property was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and warm experience.
