His kindness and attention to detail were exceptional. Andrea was equally warm and welcoming. She took the time to inquire about how our day was going, offered us coffee, and went out of her way to assist us whenever needed. Her friendly and helpful demeanor added a special touch to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast menu was not only diverse but also changed daily, offering a wide range of delicious options. We were genuinely impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. Overall, our stay at C Groyp Apartments Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Vladimir and Andrea's outstanding service. Luka is an amazing host - from sending us taxi numbers to turning the ac on before we got there for a refreshing welcome to having a video ready of a shortcut to get to main streets, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean and cozy. You can tell Luka cares for his visitors and has passion for what he does. 12/10 recommend.
