We had a wonderful time in this cosy little pod, tucked away in nature yet just a short drive from Portree. The accommodation was warm, well-designed, and very comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding landscape. A big shout-out to our host Suzy, who was kind, welcoming, and full of good vibes. We especially loved discovering that the pod is located at a local radio station — such a cool and unexpected detail that made our stay feel truly unique! Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of originality.

The Sunset Pod was a great base to explore Skye from. So peaceful with great views and a perfect location. I really appreciated the warm welcome and all the hospitality, milk, cereals, cakes and a bottle of Prosecco to make the stay more special.

The apartment was bigger than we expected, it had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area. The property is beautifully located right at the edge of a cliff giving you amazing views of the sea. It is quite secluded so you can enjoy peace and quiet. Having said that, the nearest grocery store is about 20 min drive so make sure you buy everything you need before arriving there.
