The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

A plus: a washing machine, easy-to-find free street parking, and the host also offers designated private parking a block away. Best of all: the hosts, Sibylle and Lucas, are awesome 👌, always attentive and ready to help. Communication via WhatsApp is also ideal.

Having both a washer and a dryer was so helpful. Also, the host was very attentive and responsive. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.
