Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

The location was very convenient, about 2-3 minutes by walk and very close from the train station as well as the bus stop. All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

Situated in Annecy, the recently renovated Charmant appartement à 1 minute du lac features accommodation 39 km from Bourget Lake and 39 km from Stade de Genève. This place is great, walking distance to the old town, just a block from Lac d'Annecy, and a short drive to Mont Blanc. Additionally, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and grocery stores are steps away. It is clean, well-equipped, and has good space. A plus: a washing machine, easy-to-find free street parking, and the host also offers designated private parking a block away. Best of all: the hosts, Sibylle and Lucas, are awesome 👌, always attentive and ready to help. Communication via WhatsApp is also ideal.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Epagny Metz-Tessy, l'écureuil, chez le charpentier d'antan, la chaleur du bois, le calme de la campagne features a garden. Beautiful house, lots of lovely details. Well equipped. Coffee provided. I could easily have spent a whole week there but only had 1 night. Close to Annecy and very quiet.
