InterContinental Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Hotel, is a safe short 68.7 meters walk from the bustling OR Tambo Airport terminal building, offering a tranquil oasis for guests seeking a little... Luxurious hotel that makes you feel safe where everyone smiles and with all the comfort you would expect of an Intercontinental hotel. I was travelling alone so I chose this hotel just in front of the airport. The service is world class and they have lots of options for room service as well. Very professional staff as well.

Southern Sun offers luxury rooms with a contemporary design. It features an outdoor pool, bar area and a buffet restaurant called Bernoulli’s. I liked that as the first point of contact with the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The food from the bar menu was lovely! Location: ideal. The 24 hour airport shuttle also super convenient. All in all, a great stay 👌🏽

Dove’s Nest is located less than 2 km from OR Tambo Airport and offers a free airport shuttle. It offers a breakfast room overlooking the garden and spacious guest rooms. Very good option if you stay in Joburg!

Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo offers rooms with a satellite TV and free WiFi. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle to O.R. Tambo Airport and Rhodesfield Gauteng Station. I was ill during my entire stay - serious food poisoning (NOT from this hotel). The bed was super comfortable, it was a very quiet room, they were kind enough to allow me to check in two hours earlier than normally permitted, the airport transfers were just excellent. I didn’t eat anything at the hotel, but they brought me a complimentary large bottle of water to my room. A miserable few hours of sickness in a great hotel. Thank you.
