Having travelled all day without eating, we hoped that we would be able to eat early. When we went to the restaurant at 7.00pm and explained to the man in charge ( sorry, can't remember his name - Jaime/Shaim ?- a guy with a beard, that we were v hungry, he took our order and said if we came back at 7.30 , half an hour before official opening, he would serve us early. Which he did ! He is a star and a real credit to the hotel !! Actions beyond the call of duty ! A very positive impression created of our stay ..... we'll be back !

I was with my son for a Championship in Navarra Arena. Especially the staff was really helpful. Rooms were clean and silent,Hotel was just next to the airport and very close to a main bus station. I highly recomend to everyone.

We booked Agorreta as accommodation while we waited for our son to arrive and were amazed at the value offered by this truly exceptional hotel. Everything is nearly new, there’s ample parking, the staff was always friendly and the bed was the most comfortable of any hotel we’ve stayed at while in Europe including more expensive four star hotels.

Hotel Zenit Pamplona is located 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Pamplona and 2 km from the airport. Facilities on site include free Wi-Fi, a sauna and gym. Breakfast was great. Good range of choices, especially lots of fresh fruits. Our disabled room was next to the lift and had a lovely bathroom and shower with a seat.

It was very hard to find a place for my son and me during the Running of the Bulls, but this place was amazing for both of us. The students left us a small gift and notes. It was really safe and we were able to walk to downtown. It was quiet and had air conditioning.

I also liked how quiet and secure the building felt, thanks to the adults-only setup and full-day security.
