The location was pretty good. The room was perfect for my artistic driven daughter and her friend. The pool area was a little loud the second night but overall, everything was as nice as expected.

Comfortable apartment stocked with all the basics. Great selection of spices provided in the kitchen. The pool is warm and hot tub is hot. Love this community because security doesn't come and kick you out of the hot tub after it closes at 10, I was able to stay many nights beyond closing. Easy walk to restaurants along the marina and Burton Chace Park. The host is responsive and friendly. Thermostat works great so you can adjust the temperature. The bed is very comfortable. Note it is a long walk from the car to the apartment so if you have alot of luggage, plan accordingly. Beautiful view of the pool and specious balcony.

We had such a great stay here—it was even better than we expected! The place was super spacious, really nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and homey right away. We loved how bright it was during the day with all the windows, and the little balcony was such a nice bonus. The whole complex is clean and well kept, and there’s a beautiful shared patio and a pool (though we didn’t get to use them since our stay was short—we definitely wish we had more time!). It was also really quiet, which we were happy about since we had little kids with us. Even though it’s close to Venice Beach, we didn’t hear a thing—super peaceful. Selim was a fantastic host—very warm, quick to respond, and gave super clear instructions, which made everything easy. The gated parking was a big plus—there were two spots, even though we only needed one. Just a heads-up: the walk from the parking to the unit is a bit of a trek if you’re carrying groceries, luggage, or wrangling kids. A foldable wagon would be really handy! Also, if you’re coming with toddlers, bring a foldable baby gate—there isn’t one in the unit, and we just used chairs to block the stairs. Overall, we’re really glad we stayed here and would definitely come back. We wouldn’t even look for another place next time!

It was a clean cute apartment in a good location, and the pool/hot tub facilities were nice. The host was pleasant to speak with and responded very quickly and was quite accommodating. Would stay here again!
