They were so helpful in allowing me to drop off my bags when I arrived on a morning train at Union Station. And it was a perfect place to stay for my brief stop in LA. The staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel itself is super nice! I hope to stay there again sometime.

I need an accessible room. This room was great with a roll in shower and enough space to navigate the bathroom. Bedroom was small, but everything was accessible. FrontA desk support was exceptional.
