room was nice. Pools nice, beach nice. Valet staff ROOOCKS!!! Ease of concierge was lacking. Michelle is great! Friendly but someone needs to be there sooner. DIFFICULT to get massage reservation/booking. At check in told to wait for concierge & that guests have priority. We looked online & found what we needed but thought we needed to wait for concierge. No one there until late then she said she’d check with them at 10:00 a when the opened (which is late for that service btw) - we looked online again & tried to just do our own booking but by then our needed times were gone. Ended up securing on our own days & times inconvenient to other planned activities. Whole process was a hassle! No need of concierge if they aren’t in until late & can’t do anything more than guests can. Oh! And don’t allow young guests to drink to the point of puking AAAAAAAAAAAAALL OVER the lobby bathroom - and I DO MEAN AAAALL OVER EEEEVERYTHING - & then not being able to stand. Your male staff that night SUCKED & had the audacity to snap at me that he had it under control when he didn’t even know who the girl was without me AND she flat passed out RIGHT BEHIND HIM & STILL HAD NO IDEA until I told him. Like dude, DO YOUR JOB!

We thought the hotel itself was great. The room service was excellent. When we return to our room the room was thoroughly cleaned and the bed was made. Towels were replaced. We also liked we were in walking distance to the various restaurants and other stores. We also like the breakfast buffet which was really good.

The property ( the building) wasn't well maintained, scratched old paint, rust in all metal fences and doors. Horrible noise each time a plane takes up from the airport. People talking on the street at 3:00 am. Can't cook anything because there is only one pan in really bad conditions and one frying pan ( scratched teplon) unusable. Really needs to buy kitchen stuff urgently.

Mi estadia is my new "Happy Place" Unit 508 has an excellent view of the Ocean, Pool, basketball court. Surprisingly quiet after 10 pm & stays quiet until 10 am. When you 1st walk into Unit, everything is shiny & pretty. Nice tile floors. Mirrors everywhere with lots of hidden closet spaces behind each one. Everything you need for beach & pool provided. Super comfortable bed! Comfortable couch & clean. Well equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit very clean & works well. Has helpful guards & security. Many stores, restaurants, bars & hotels on this very busy street. Beautiful, clean beach. Host in constant contact. They answered questions immediately. Would Love to return yearly!!
