Location is probably the best in Nice. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space. Numerous bathrooms is a plus for larger groups. Bernard is such a great host too.

This property has lots of space with three separate sleeping areas. The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a huge bedroom with shutters to block light and sound. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The main floor has a mezzanine with a bed. The bed was comfortable but the main area does not do much to block noise from outside and seems to actually amplify the sound. A pair of noise canceling headphones meant a good night sleep. The basement level has another bathroom and bed. Sleeping down there is completely dark and silent resulting in excellent sleep. However, wifi and cell service does not work down there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and the area is beautiful.
