Convenient for transportation. It is very close to the metro station. There are shops/markets nearby. The apartment is clean and kitchen has all staff to cook. The online Numa is very efficient to organize the stay and resolve the issues.

Hotel-Pension Fünfhaus is just over a quarter mile from the Westbahnhof train station and the Mariahilferstraße shopping street and has a courtyard and little garden for guests.

The price was very reasonable given the location and the quality of the room. The bed was comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful. They only provide 3-1 hand, body and hair wash, so it is best to bring your own toiletries if you prefer otherwise. Toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided; you should bring your own, or it can be purchased from the vending machine downstairs. This doesn't affect my ranking of my stay, but it's something to be aware of.

The location is pretty cool, although not convenient to any visitor attractions. It takes you into a Vienna neighbourhood which is wonderful to experience.

The host was very helpful, friendly, and always available. The room was very large and the AC worked well. Breakfast was always on time and there were many options. Very close to public transportation.

The apartment is nicely decorated, coffee and tea were available. I liked that they created a small living through the decorative wall. There are two supermarkets at 5 walking minutes distance, and some options for restaurans around. The apartment has the necessary to cook if you want to. The metro is also 5 minutes away, and a bit farther a bus station.
