ARV, established in 2018, has been a trailblazer in leveraging cutting-edge AI and robotics technologies, not only for the oil and gas sector but also for extending its innovations to urban management and development. Having worked together for the past couple of years, it’s clear that ARV’s commitment to driving sustainable growth and digital transformation aligns perfectly with SLIC’s mission to enhance the livability of cities through advanced technological solutions. Here are the three key takeaways from our meeting: 1. Public-Private-People Partnership (4P): Our collaboration underscores the importance of public-private partnerships, emphasizing the 'people' at the core. By integrating ARV's advanced AI and digital technologies into urban management, we aim to create scalable solutions that enhance the quality of life for citizens. Affordability and Accessibility of Technology: ARV’s innovations, such as the 'City Digital Data Platform (CDDP)' developed by its subsidiary Bedrock, exemplify how technology has become more accessible and affordable. By shifting from capital expenditure (CAPEX)-heavy investments to operational expenditure (OPEX) models like platform as a service (PaaS) and software as a service (SaaS), cities can now adopt advanced technologies without the burden of heavy upfront costs.
