You can stop your Google Store subscription any time you want.
For the same video with audio descriptions, go to Cancel your Google Store subscription.
Cancel a subscription
- Go to the Subscription management page.
- Sign in with your Google Account.
- On the “Subscriptions” page, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- On the right, select More
Cancel subscription.
- You’ll find how much you’ll be charged.
- To complete your cancellation, select Cancel subscription.
Cancel your Google One subscription on Google Store
You can cancel your Google One subscription any time you want. If you bought Google One from the Google Store, you can cancel directly with either Google One or Google Play.
Cancel Google One online
- On your computer or phone, go to Google One.
- Select Settings
Cancel membership.
- To confirm, select Cancel membership.

Cancel your Google One online through Google Play
- On your computer or phone, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage
Cancel subscription.
- On the pop-up screen, select a reason

Cancel your Pixel Pass on Google Store
- Go to the Subscription management page.
- Sign in with your Google Account.
- On the “Subscriptions” page, select Pixel Pass.
- On the right, select More
Payment
Cancel subscription.
- You’ll find how much you’ll be charged.
- To complete the cancellation, select Cancel subscription.
Cancellation policies
Nest Aware
If you switch from Nest Aware 1st gen to Nest Aware 2nd gen, you get some money back. You’ll get money back for the unused time from your previous Nest Aware subscription.
- If you bought a camera that came with a prepaid Nest Aware subscription, you won’t get money back.
- If you bought your Nest Aware 1st gen subscription from another company, contact them to cancel your subscription. For more information, go to our Nest Aware partner FAQ.
Once you switch to Nest Aware 2nd gen, you can’t go back to Nest Aware 1st gen.
Since July 13, 2023, Nest Aware 1st gen subscriptions are unavailable to buy. Any subscriptions you have are renewable. For continued coverage, subscribe to the latest Nest Aware.
Nest Aware 2nd gen & 1st genNest Aware 2nd gen users
You can stop the automatic renewal of your subscription for Nest Aware 2nd gen. Your subscription renewal will stop at the end of your billing period. You can do this when you disable auto-renewal in your Google Store account on the Google Store Subscriptions page. You’ll still get the Nest Aware service until your billing period ends, but you can choose to turn off specific Nest Aware features in the Google Home app settings anytime you want.
When your subscription ends, your video history is deleted and sound clips are deleted over time.
Tip: Even if you didn’t use the service or turn off Nest Aware features, the Nest Aware 2nd gen service can’t be refunded.
Nest Aware 1st gen users
You can stop your Nest Aware 1st gen subscription any time when you log into your Google or Nest account and select "Cancel Subscription." Unpairing a Google Nest device from Nest Aware won’t stop your subscription.
Unless you bought a prepaid subscription, we’ll give you some money back from the day after you cancel to the end of your billing period.
The policies below apply only to users located in the European Economic Area and the UK.
Nest Aware 2nd gen users
Cancel your subscription
If you bought Nest Aware 2nd gen, you can stop auto-renewal of your subscription. Your subscription renewal will stop at the end of your billing period.You can do this when you stop the auto-renewal in your Google Store account on the Google Store subscriptions page. You’ll still get the Nest Aware service until your billing period ends, but you can choose to turn off specific Nest Aware features in the Google Home app settings anytime you want. Even if you didn’t use the service or turn off Nest Aware features during your final billing period, you won’t get your money back.
Right to cancel subscription services
By law, users have the right to cancel a contract for the services and subscriptions for 14 days after they first buy it. The easiest way to use this right is to ask for your money back and contact Nest Aware customer support. You can also write us a letter with this model withdrawal form. After the first 14 days, you won’t be able to get your money back, unless the service is broken as explained below.
Broken services
Google doesn’t give refunds for the Nest Aware 2nd gen service unless the service is:
- Broken
- Doesn’t match its description
- Not available
- Where law requires to give a refund

Nest Aware 1st gen users
Cancel your subscription
If you bought Nest Aware 1st gen, you can stop your Nest Aware subscription when you log into your Google Account and select "Cancel Subscription." Just unpairing a Google Nest device from Nest Aware won't stop your subscription.
Unless you bought a prepaid subscription, we'll give you some money back from the day after you cancel to the end of your billing period.
Broken services
If your older gen Nest Aware service is broken, you can ask for your money back anytime. If your service isn't working, contact Google Nest Support.
Fitbit Premium
What happens to your subscription depends on when you cancel after you first subscribe.
If you cancel your order before it's shipped- For 6-month memberships with a new device purchase, it’ll end right away, and your order will be canceled.
- For 6-month memberships with a new device purchase, it’ll end after we get the device.
- You’ll still be able to use Fitbit Premium until the end of your trial period.
- Once your trial ends, you won’t be charged for recurring subscriptions and you won’t be able to use Fitbit Premium anymore.
- You can cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription any time you want.
- You’ll only stop future charges for your Fitbit Premium subscription.
- You won’t get your money back for the current billing period you paid for.
- You’ll still be able to use Fitbit Premium until the end of that billing period.
Pixel Pass
If you cancel Pixel Pass, you won’t be able to use all the included services anymore. You can’t cancel individual services within the subscription.
If you cancel outside of the standard return periodYou have to keep your Pixel phone.
- You’ll be charged a little bit less money based on:
- What you originally paid
- Any discounts you got
- How long you've been subscribed
- After the current billing period, your subscription ends.
- Your Preferred Care plan ends and you’ll get some money back.
- For the Google services that were included, you won’t get any money back.
