If you want to update your reply to a customer review, you can edit or delete your reply.
- Go to your Business Profile.
- Select Read reviews.
- Under the review reply that you want to edit, select Edit.
- If you want to delete your reply, select Delete
Delete.
- If you want to delete your reply, select Delete
- In the dialog box, edit your reply.
- Select Update.
