Important: To reply to reviews on your Business Profile:
- You must be signed in to the Google Account associated with your Business Profile.
- Your Business Profile must be verified.
How to read & reply to reviews on Google [1:46]
- Go to your Business Profile.
- Select Read reviews.
- Next to the review you want to reply to, select Reply
.
- In the dialog box, enter your reply.
- Select Reply.
- The customer gets a notification about your reply.
