“Celebrating Choices” Collage
Celebrate the ways you choose to spend time together as a family!
Adults and children make so many choices every day. Because family life is so busy, it helps to think about the many ways you can choose to spend the free time you do have together.
Print this page, and together with your child, look at the pictures of different activities and talk about your favorite things to do as a family. Some of these ways involve screens, and some don’t! And, of course, because things don’t always go as planned, it helps to be flexible and have other choices and ideas ready.
Take turns choosing your favorite things to do together, talk about them, and color them in. Then cut apart the cards and tape or glue them onto a larger sheet of paper to create a collage. Post it on the refrigerator to inspire your next activity, or just to celebrate all the ways you choose to connect.
