I do bush regeneration and started using this ap as a way to save new plant id's I learn. But I'm also filling my observations with bugs and other creatures. It would be so helpful if when I go to my observations I could choose between viewing my plants, animals, bugs etc. And being able to flick between genus, family etc for everything I have found in those groups, and view weeds and natives separately.

i'm in love with this app, the concept of it is beautiful but the (app)lication is a tad lacking. Can be glitchy especially after multiple obersavtions, and I highly recommend add a video option for obsetvations as well. With that said, I use it any chance I get. The suggestions both from the app and other observers as well as a brief page for the species is such a valuable teaching tool, it's such a great way to get people interacting with the outdoors, I act like mine's a pokedex

I enjoy this app a lot but I think it has a lot basic functionality flaws and some poor design. My biggest issue is that the app is so ridiculously slow. It's so inconvenient and I'll be sitting there for 10 minutes just trying to get to one specific thing. The app functions like it's an abandoned amateur student project. edit 2025: I think it got worse. it's borderline unusable.
