Their App is completely useless when it comes to adding payments, specially with cards that are part of a partnership for extra points. It takes multiple attempts just to add a credit card, doesn't recognize zip codes easily, they don't have a website it is all on the app and chat, can't see past transactions. That part is always showing an error and please try again later but never works. I can't wait for Chase to drop this partnership. Fix the App. The $10 credit is not even showing on the App

No way to turn off ad push notifications. Any app that is a paid service that doesn't let you turn off the ad push notifications without also turning off the useful/needed "your ride is here" type of notifications is manipulative and gets uninstalled immediately. Guess I'll be using and recommending Uber from here on out.

I don't know if it's the area I live in or what, but I have had multiple terrible experiences with this app. One was during a large concert and I thought, okay, they were just overwhelmed, but just now on a normal Saturday morning, I watched my driver drive right past me without even thinking of stopping and it was taking forever to find a new driver. Even when working well, wait times are very long even at the priciest option. Quicker and easier to bother friends for a ride.
