App has errors. When clicking a brand it switches gender. e.g. when browsing men's jeans, and you're looking at a certain product, when you want to see all of that brand, and click the brand name, suddenly it tries to show you all women products for the brand and not the men's. Please fix this, it's annoying. @Zalando response, why on earth would i do that? I just told you about issues with your design, and then you make it my problem to reach out again? How about just fix it...?

Was great, not anymore. Zalando changed their return policy, killing its most liked feature. Now you basically cannot wear the clothes, only try them on, if you want a refund. Every time they send part of clothes used ( open packages, no labels) and they only provide most cheapest shipping partner, who will change pickup location without notice. Zalando, doeant care, neither so I anymore. Edit: They added alternative courier Omniva. Kudos.

It's the absolute worst experience for an online shopping app I have ever experienced. Shipping in Spain is an absolute joke, they call, if you're not on the phone they never attempt to deliver. You ask the Zalando support, nobody cares, I asked 3 questions, I received absolutely no answers, just a "you will receive your order today" Surprize surprize, I did not. Went to the indicated pickup point, package not there either... I mean, if you don't want to send me the package that's fine... Scam
