We should have a link that points to a page and explains the privacy policy.

The only necessary disclaimers we should make is the following:

1. We use cookies

• We use cookies to track user session data. This is necessary so that the game can communicate on page refreshes (socket.io). Cookies are also used with google analytics, which we use to get analytics on how the site is being used.

2. (Disclaimer) This game is a clone of Cards Against Humanity LLC, which means that we can make the game, so long as we give credit and call the game something else.

• we should write something like this in the disclaimer page (this was taken directly from the FAQ of CAH:

Cards Against Humanity is available under a BY-NC-SA 2.0 Creative Commons license. That means   
you can use our content to make whatever, but you have to give us credit, you can’t profit from the   
use of our content (this means ad revenue is not allowed), and you have to share whatever you   
make in the same way we share it (this means you can’t submit our content to any app store).   
We   own the name "Cards Against Humanity," so you have to call your crappy thing something else.
