Why This Is Needed

With the introduction of the DocRootChanged webhook, we can now sync Yorkie document states in real time.
Initially, this can be used to automatically update the updated_at field.
In the future, we can extend this to:
• Manage Yorkie documents directly within Codepiar
• Enable semantic search by keeping documents continuously synced

Additionally, we should add:
• An enable/disable toggle for document syncing
• A configuration option to ensure backward compatibility
