Having the file named settings.platformsh.php can cause confusion for both customers and support staff when the project is running on Upsun. Doubly so when the customer is also a platform.sh customer, and this package is called Upsun+Drupal scaffolding.

Alternatively, if we want this used in both, determine which platform the project is running on and name it accordingly.
