Description

Added a TabNavigation component to streamline navigation in the UI. This feature uses the Tremor NavigationMenu primitives and improves accessibility and customization.

How has this been tested?

• Tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on macOS Ventura.
• Unit tests were added for the new component.
• Manual tests included verifying keyboard navigation and responsiveness.
