[Bug]: audacity-ffmpeg library non-functional after ffmpeg upgrade #27260

Happened yesterday, but I didn't report it until today.
After upgrading ffmpeg to 8.0, Audacity failed to recognize the FFmpeg libraries (from audacity-ffmpeg package), making importing audio from FFmpeg-compatible files (such as MP4 videos) impossible.
An error message also appeared on startup, but I dismissed it and it didn't appear the next time I launched Audacity, so I unfortunately can't share a screenshot this time. It more-or-less said that Audacity couldn't find the FFmpeg libraries.
What steps will reproduce the bug?
Upgrade ffmpeg to 8.0 and open Audacity (this only occurs if audacity-ffmpeg library was installed previously).
What is the expected behavior?
Audacity being able to import audio from FFmpeg-compatible files.
