Problem description

The packages are (They may be even more. iam not sure.)
libzmq (Now available for aarch64, and arm only)

libzopfli (Now available for aarch64, and arm only)
https://packages.termux.dev/apt/termux-main/pool/main/libz/libzopfli
libzxing-cpp (Now available for arm only)
https://packages.termux.dev/apt/termux-main/pool/main/libz/libzxing-cpp
lilv (Now available for arm only)
https://packages.termux.dev/apt/termux-main/pool/main/l/lilv

I suspect that this happened after #26208 cause it did rebuild all those packages.

@fornwall do you know why did this happen??

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Vist the urls and you will notice that the packages are missing for other archs.

What is the expected behavior?
