Problem description

Downloaded and failed to install both https://github.com/termux/termux-app/releases/download/v0.119.0-beta.2/termux-app_v0.119.0-beta.2+apt-android-5-github-debug_arm64-v8a.apk and https://github.com/termux/termux-app/releases/download/v0.119.0-beta.1/termux-app_v0.119.0-beta.1+apt-android-5-github-debug_arm64-v8a.apk , getting the error "APK file doesn't contain any certificates"

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

1. Download apk from Termux-app releases page on Github.
2. Install the apk file with a package installer such as SAI
