Please add support to take default theme (dark or not) from the systems setting if it exists.

In other words:
IF

1. use-black-ui isn't defined in $HOME/.termux/termux.properties
   AND
2. Configuration.UI_MODE_NIGHT_YES
   THEN
   dark theme should be selected.
