Hmm that is not what I see in current Pre-release when you ADD a highlight with or without content, then the box is in focus for comment or paste But when you select in the upper box the default for up down is to highlight the comment on page and contents simply change accordingly from one to another. But the arrow keys must not have been assigned to another function, and one of the comments must have been selected in that upper box. |

When the "Edit annotations" window is open, every time a new annotation is selected within the box at the top, the Content input field for that annotation is automatically focuses. This makes it impossible to 'scroll' through annotations by any means I can find – for example, you can't use the up and down arrow keys to go through the annotations one-by-one, as whilst it works once as soon as the next annotation is selected, the Content field is highlighted again.
