Description

I received a request to join a workspace via email. Instead of creating an account through that link, I made an account at workspace.superagent.sh. I did not receive the invite after joining and the link in my email does not work.

Steps to reproduce

Sequence of Events:

1. User is invited to join
2. User creates account alone through workspace.superagent.sh
3. User clicks invite link in email
4. Nothing happens, "accept invitation button" changes to "creating account" but no redirect

Notes:

• Invitation to join workspace was not in user's inbox upon account creation (after being sent an invite link for organization)
• User created account through "sign up with google"
