In your paper you present the SQANTI structural categories for proteins where you list and describe 4 main categories: pFSM, pISM, pNIC, pNNC. However after running your tool we get all the categories from SQANTI (including intergenic, antisense, fusion, genic and genic_intron) which are not described and do not match the transcript ones. Where can I find a description of those protein SQANTI categories?
