For every entry, in-between the list of engines from which it comes and the cached link, there are three circles stacked on top of each other:
They look very similar to a stack of three dots which is a common pattern for a menu button (at least on Android), but it doesn't seem to be a button? I found this confusing.
Are they supposed to be a separator? In that case, maybe a pipe (|) or a dot (•) is a better choice.
