Thanks, I didn't known this project. I've made a simple test and it is working. https://github.com/loorisr/searxng/tree/granian A little bit of time should be spent to adjust the config but it is working out of the box! |

I would like to point out that Granian is only maintained by a few (only one) developers and is not particularly widespread, so there is very little experience in terms of runtime behavior and stability. |

Granian maintainer here. True, but that's also ~the same for the vast majority of Python servers out there. It seems to be quite a niche in terms of people willing to contribute 🤷♂️
Also true, but there's at least one large production deployment out there using Granian I'm aware of: the Mozilla website. They didn't reported any major issue recently. |

Hello,
[uWSGI] is in maintenance mode (only bugfixes and updates for new languages apis). Do not expect quick answers on github issues and/or pull requests (sorry for that) A big thanks to all of the users and contributors since 2009.I think we should move to a more recent WSGI server like Gunicorn, Unicorn or others.
I've made a test with Gunicorn and it is working fine: https://github.com/loorisr/searxng/tree/gunicorn
