[ci] Regenerate CSS files

font-patcher: Increase script version after last bugfix

[why]
With commit
  f240e07 font-patcher: Fix windows Mono family names with --makegroups

the script version did not change, which makes it impossible to say if a
user uses a bugfixed patcher or not.
