As noted in #38503, when receiving a vulnerability alert for the GitHub Actions ecosystem (actions), Renovate encounters a Zod error.

We should correctly handle unknown ecosystem(s) by reporting via a debug log (including what ecosystem we've detected), but not failing to parse alerts.
