Steps to reproduce:

• Open an existing blog post
• Change title (so URL/slug changes)
• Click 'Save & continue editing'
• Now save again using 'Save & continue editing'

All seem fine (no errors), but when looking at actual response (eg using a browsers development console), it shows 404 (page not found) and the post was not stored!
