Currently, it is not quite obvious how to install these extensions from the extension article on the Extensions/tmap.mapgl website. The same is true for other extensions as well.

Potential modifications:

• Add a hyperlink to the pkgdown website (or GitHub repo). I think this one is better.
• Alternatively, we could add a section in each vignette to show how to install each extension. This might duplicate efforts if it needs an update.
