Summary

The client can be minimised to the system tray instead of the desktop's panel or taskbar.

Purpose

When the client's window is closed on desktop, the client itself is closed, and no notifications are received in the background ('push'). If one wants push notifications, they'd have to leave the client open in background for the time they wish to receive them, however it takes valuable panel/taskbar space.

This should optimally be implemented opt-in, as most would probably expect their programs to be closed if all their windows are closed.
