OS: macOS Monterey 12.5
pgAdmin version: 6.13
Browser: Safari.
steps:

1. Open create a table dialog, add the required info
2. Go to the Security tab, and click add Privileges.
3. select the user and try to select the privileges option, unable to select the checkbox dropdown is getting close on click.
