Steps to reproduce

• Open Pencil2D
• Import a soundtrack.
• Hit the Play button and after a few seconds hit the "Jump to the End" feature. You can hit it several times.
• As a result the timeline-cursor will be sent to the beginning of the timeline every time you hit that feature, and will start moving on from frame 1 forward while the soundtrack remains playing continuously without interruption.
  This action brings a delay of the timeline-cursor and, as an issue, it will not give us any clue of the actual position of the sound we are hearing from the soundtrack.
