Describe the bug

There's a "View All Expenses" button at the bottom of the screen on the new expenses flow and this seems to be not working properly. The button redirects the user to the collective page instead of redirecting them to view all expenses.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an expense with the new expense flow
2. On the submission confirmation screen, at the bottom click on the "View All Expenses" button.

Expected behavior
The user should be directed to the page where they can see all the expenses
