- Add support for replicated DDB (ddb-replication-v2)
- Updated some of the outputs to be more correct

LGTM.
I initially thought that the replication of DynamoDB is not necessary since it only manages locks. It's good practice, however, to ensure everything is replicated as the it doesn't impose much cost.
