Add support for mintty

Can support for [mintty](https://mintty.github.io/) be added?

This is default terminal emulator used by [MSYS2](https://www.msys2.org/).

Its currently failing with:

```plain
failed to get console mode for stdout: The handle is invalid.
failed to get console mode for stderr: The handle is invalid.
```
