Description
- deal with points that don't have a tile, probably make them tile == 0 and just return NA_ for all those points
- fold in cop30, gebco, or configure own-dem?
- can we do REMA > GEBCO > cop30 and option to return all?
- do we care about only having loglat as input?
- should input/output be CSV
- what about Parquet so we actually can have points in whatever projection you want
