Transformations from EPSG:4326 to EPSG:3857 are faulty on low zoom levels #1297

Source that are requested as EPSG:4326 and reprojected to EPSG:3857 are not reprojected correctly on low zoom levels. In higher zoom levels everything seems to work as expected.
