Describe the bug
During an ongoing call, when both a wired headphone and a Bluetooth device are connected, the default selected device is shown as the wired headphone. When I manually select the speaker, the change happens successfully. However, when I then try to switch to the Bluetooth device, LiveKit briefly shows the selected device as the wired headphone for a second before correctly switching to Bluetooth.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect both device Bluetooth and Wired Headset
2. Select the Speaker
3. Next Select the Bluetooth
4. Now Livekit given the selected device Wired Head phone for a second

Expected behavior
LiveKit should only provide the user-selected device as the selected device. It should not briefly show an incorrect device as selected, even for a second.
