Based on the documentation, and looking at the available arguments for livekit.plugins.google.tts.TTS(), it seems the current google TTS plugin does not support custom voices, https://cloud.google.com/text-to-speech/docs/chirp3-instant-custom-voice

Would be really helpful to add support for that
