Summary

During egress recording sessions, the agent's voice stops being recorded to the output .ogg file in the middle of conversations, despite the agent continuing to speak and being audible to participants in real-time. I don't think this is a consistent issue, but rather a bug that happens occasionally.

Expected Behavior

The egress recording should capture the complete conversation including all agent voice responses throughout the entire session duration.

Actual Behavior

  • Agent voice is initially recorded correctly in the egress output
  • At some point during the conversation, agent voice stops being captured in the recording
  • The agent continues to function normally and participants can hear the agent in real-time
  • Only the participant audio continues to be recorded in the .ogg file
  • The missing audio period corresponds to actual agent responses that were audible during the live session
