I usually print mind maps to discuss projects development during meetings. 
Xmind is a great software but I just can't see the point of printing note 
icons when you can't see what the note says...

Solution proposal: when printing, just replace the note icons with a number 
and print all the notes on a second sheet, like bibliographies.

Second proposal: implement sticky notes.
